Why I Shoot For Pixabay?
Why I shoot for Pixabay? I am not entirely certain why I shoot for Pixabay. But I was certainly pleased this afternoon when I was surfing on Google and found some of my photos in action on various site. When you post photos on Pixabay, you give up all your rights and nobody needs to acknowledge that they have used our photos. Despite that, I did found credits of photos to my name on several sited. What makes a guy like me happy? Very little indeed! This one is for a Creative Commons site: My favorite airline window shot on an early morning flight to Australia. This was shot with a small-sized SONY RX1r. I shot the photo without being able to look through the lens, so it can be called as a lucky shot. Credited me in the photo... One morning I shot the aloe vera plant at our balcony and it got featured on this site. Thanks for the credit! Shot at the Adelaide airport lounge on the way back to Kuala Lumpur.
